Living with diabetes is challenging. The diabetic patient must pay attention to medication, diet, and exercise on a daily basis-and without fail. In order to reduce the complications that result from high blood glucose, patients must monitor their blood glucose levels and take care of themselves. The good news is that many diabetics can meet the challenge and lead healthy lives.
